Its not the car...

Its the mentality of the driver. Its true. Hummer drivers don't give a shit because they think they're invincible, that they own the road. I love Hummers, but the drivers are assholes and they kinda guzzle gas and pollute the planet, so it's a love-hate thing. Wouldn't turn down a test-drive though ;-)

Everyone (with a braincell between their ears) hates those flashes mentioned, or at least one of them. Although this genre of flash is somewhat cliched now, with practically everyone releasing flash called "kill clocks", "death to sprites" or w/e, I found that this flash, unlike the ones just mentioned, was well excecuted and a graphical marvel (Particularly the explosion effects, which were fresh and cool-looking XD). All the characters looked well-drawn, and their animation was flawless.

Everyone hates first flashes, but we have to tolerate them if any new flash wizards are to emerge. By all means, hate on the "first flash" (submission #26 horrific google-pic-with-flashing-circle-as-a-poor-excuse-for-lip-sy
nc-and-an-annoying-voice) I think we can all agree that "first" flashes are shite and don't deserve the patience of the viewer, nor any review exceeding 2 words (since your review will only be ever shown in the obituaries anyway).

All in all, a great flash, maybe not original, but better than the original flashes based on this idea. Excellent drawing and animation. Every NG Fad dies? The way things are looking clocks and all their ghey spin-offs are here to stay. Just vote 0 and prove to them that despite the fact they pass judgement, we don't like them.

Muwahahahaha!
I'm throwing all the 0's i can... And even making Collabs (Which i hate doing) to show how much people hate this non-sensory!
Thanks for the review!

Brilliant!!

Once again you have shown that clocks aren't all portal-clogging whores, and that good flash can actually come from them. Having seen LOTR helped a lot. The graphics here were astounding for a clock (or for any artist for that matter), and the voice casting was perfection! I hope you continue to make flash, strange, without you, the clocks would be just crappy "google-picture-tweening-trying-to-animate-sex" portal whores. 5/5 for you, good sir!

Interesting...

At first i was kind of sceptical (as one would be whe viewing a first episode) but this was an eerily compelling story, and I can't wait to see where this goes! Your drawing and animation are above par, but your voice-overs are overwhelmed by breathing-into-the-mic syndrome. Other than that, great flash! Hope to see more! 4/5!

MACception responds:

Thanks for the review, and, story is what it's supposed to be about, so, that goes a long way. About the breathing into the mic thing...like i said, everything was done for a reason, and i thought that breathing would add a certain something...but maybe i overdid it. Thanks again.

Woorrrrrrrdddddd up.

Making Salad Fingers parodies is a risky thing to do, since for some reason, fans of SF seem to be offended more easily than fans of other series that have been parodied. I think, however (despite being a fan of the SF series) that this parody was extremely well put together. Yes the humour wasn't in-your-face and a non-stop thrill but for those who are patient this animation is a gem!

It was slightly confusing to read "I couldn't see the reference to Salad Fingers" in the previous reviews. Either they didn't watch it or they have their eyes sewn shut to not see them.

I like your interpretations of Milford Cubicle and Hubert Cumberdale, and the scribble-transistions (and also the fact that the main character actually talks about them. Thats what I like about parodies; features of the original flash being brought out and questionned in a way that makes a point but at the same time is amusing). The main characters were well defined, especially the gangster-wannabe weed-smoking waiter, who was obviously wasted.

All in all. Excellent flash!! 10 hours? I've seen worse flash done in 3 months! You have real talent!

Making a Flash daily is no mean feat...

so i can excuse lack of thought-out plot or superb graphics, but if that's the case.. why bother making a daily toon? Try weekly. You'll make much better flash that way. I may be new to flash, but I do understand how much work has to go into animation (apart from tweening which is a bag of shite). Make it weekly. If this Clock Crew spinoff crew is really bent on overthrowing the Clock Crew, you are going to have to do better. (not much though, looking at their submissions)

Not ANOTHER clock crew spinoff

For God sake will people ever stop copying Clocks. It's bad enough Locks did it. Its OLD. People with mental ages of 5 or less enjoy them, but I don't. In summary, another spinoff of a concept that wasn't even funny in the first place.

Luuuuurrvelly!

Kudos to you sir! 'Nuff said.

Oh-Snapple responds:

YHEY OMFG!!
Roflolwtf.

Exceptional!

When i saw the filesize i was skeptical, but once immersed in this masterpiece i realised the genious. This was one fantastic flash! I really like your style! Its also good to have an explanation of the Samurai Code of Honour, which alongside the European knights' code of Chivalry I have always admired above all other aspects of society! Well done!! 4/5!!

bumblebeetuna responds:

its the not size thats matters its how you use it haha ive always wanted to say that...sorry .. thanks for the review man :)

Pretty good

Thats not bad at all! I liked the random animals (and strange anime fights) going on in the jungle, and the "side-effects" of the painkillers lol. Sound wasn't too good though, but aside from that i enjoyed watching it! 3/5

P.S. it's spelt Fiasco (unless the spelling with the 'k' was intentional)

Tuovila responds:

Thank you very much!I know the sound was not that good, sorry about that...

The spelling is kind of a strange coincidence(hope that's spelled right^.^)
You see the word is spelled differently in Finland, where I'm from. With a "k", that is.I decided, that way it was both right and wrong, thus, adding the feel of constant failing in the series.Don't mind about that.:)
